Your information is only used to fill your order. Bell's Bows LLC does not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
1. Your item must be in its original, unused condition in order to be returned unless there is a manufacture defect.
2. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
3. Please enclose a statement along with the item explaining why the item is being returned along with the receipt.
4. If the item has a defect Bell's Bows LLC will exchange it for a new one. In the event the color or pattern is out of stock or discontinued we will replace it with a likeliness.
5. We do not refund the original shipping and handling charges.

All orders will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
The flate rate fees are based on the number of items shipped.
As of now, we are not shipping outside of the continental United States.
